As President & CEO of KloudReadiness, George Mellor is responsible for providing strategic direction, branding and positioning the company, plus developing market opportunities through customer, vendor and distributor insight. Prior to founding KloudReadiness, George served as President at VARcompliance, a Netformx Company following the acquisition of his company by Netformx, Ltd. He was responsible for providing strategic direction, business development and sales leadership in driving VARcompliance’ IT Solution Provider Certification and Incentive Reward tracking, monitoring and management platform. He is a 30+ year seasoned veteran of the IT industry with more than a dozen years of experience in sales leadership and management positions. With over 20 years dedicated to delivering solutions to clients as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Managed Services Provider, he has leveraged his extensive sales and operational expertise to create valuable long-term relationships with both clients and vendors - while at the same time growing profitable businesses and generating sustainable value
Partner - Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales
As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at KloudReadiness, Todd Hussey is responsible for providing business development and sales. Todd supports the company’s growth through his experience in building direct and indirect sales and partner channels for cloud-based platform software sales. He specializes in crafting sales and marketing strategies and driving KloudReadiness' expansion of its vendor customer base. Specifically, Todd brings his experience in creating methodologies, approaches and tools designed to move traditional transactional-based businesses to become cloud revenue producers. Prior to joining KloudReadiness Todd founded CSBexcellence which focuses on delivering Inbound marketing experiences and revenue growth to the VAR’, IT Solution Providers and MSPs communities. Prior to founding CSBexcellence, Todd served as Vice President of Sales for Whaleback Systems where his team grew the recurring revenue based business over 200% adding 400+ SMB customers in two years working hands-on with MSPs teaching them how to build a significant Managed VoIP business. He replicated this success many times over his 20+ years in the IT industry as a business leader, channel sales executive, consultant and advisor.
Executive Vice President of Product Development
As Executive Vice President of Product Development at KloudReadiness, Gates Ouimette is responsible for providing business development and product strategy. Gates supports the company’s growth through his experience in building business relationships and product frameworks for cloud-based consumption. He specializes in crafting cloud platform product strategies and driving KloudReadiness' expansion of roadmap modules that include the IoT, analytics and security to our customer base. Prior to joining KloudReadiness Gates served as Senior Partner Manager working within PTC Channels organization managing large strategic systems integrators (SI’s) focused on driving ThingWorx IoT - Machine Learning / Analytics, Augmented Reality and Cloud Connected PLM, ALM, SLM. Prior to PTC, he served as Director of Solution Provider of Business Development, Americas for Desktone which was acquired by VMWare. He has started, grown and managed vertical practices for technology consulting firms, including network integration and web / eCommerce application development and integration companies. He has experience with channels / partnerships, multi-sourcing and infrastructure technologies including network convergence, webservices, virtualization, VDI / DaaS, etc. and solution sets such as SaaS and cloud computing.
KloudReadiness OnDemand - Executive Vice President & Content Czar
As Executive Vice President and Content Czar for KloudReadiness On-Demand, Jeff Klaubert is responsible for providing business development, marketing and sales for our On-Demand offering. Jeff supports the company’s growth through his experience in building direct partner channels for our cloud-based platform. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, 16 of which were with Cisco Systems where he a global lead for partner cloud go-to-market strategy. Upon leaving Cisco he founded VARsInTheCloud LLC, a business and sales strategy consulting company focused on helping traditional IT Solution Providers make the transition to digital business models. Jeff draws on his experience working with hundreds of companies worldwide, helping them adapt to the biggest shift in modern times, which is the move to digital business models.
Senior Consultant, Channel Sales & Marketing
As a Senior Consultant of Channel Sales and Marketing for KloudReadiness, Jon Whitlock is responsible for providing channel sales and marketing leadership and consulting services to KloudReadiness and our clients. Jon brings business development, sales and marketing experience with software and technology companies, national VARs and MSPs. Most recently, he was responsible for designing and launching Carbonite’s global channel programs and North America channel sales and served as Kaspersky Lab’s Vice President of marketing and channel programs where he drove 40% annual partner-led sales growth through innovative partner enablement and engagement. Experience also includes building channel solutions and sales at Brainshark, a SaaS company, and heading up marketing and managed services at a national MSP, VAR and consulting firm. He has actively participated on several advisory boards, including CompTIA, Baptie, HP, MSPAlliance, and Microsoft.
Director of Channel Sales & Business Development
As Director of Channel Sales and Business Development at KloudReadiness, Ralph Donofrio is responsible for providing business development and sales through in-direct channels. Ralph supports the company’s growth through his experience in building indirect sales and partner channels for cloud-based platform sales. He specializes in crafting channel sales strategies and driving KloudReadiness' expansion of its vendor and distributor customer base. Specifically, Ralph brings his experience in sales growth and market transformation through innovative marketing, sales strategy, relationship building, developing top-performing teams, securing strategic business alliances, identifying and closing new business opportunities to KloudReadiness’ Channel Team.
Prior to joining KloudReadiness, Ralph served as North America Channel Sales Manager at Oracle, where his team helped transition many legacy channel partners to new digital business models which drove the growth of recurring revenue based business to public sector clients across North America.
